When a user is not logged in or not authorized, the Join Webinar button is still visible while the webinar is live. Unauthorized users should not see or access the join option.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log out from the application (or open in incognito).
2. Open a live webinar detail page.
3. Observe the action buttons.

Expected Behavior:
Unauthorized or unregistered users should:
1. Not see the Join Webinar button
2. Be prompted to log in / sign up if they attempt to join
3. Access to live webinars should be restricted to authorized users only.

Actual Behavior:
1. Join Webinar button is visible even in unauthorized user view.
2. Button appears when the webinar is live, despite lack of permissions.
