Before a moderator accepts or declines an invitation, the “Resign as Moderator” option is already visible in the moderator view. This action should only be available after the moderator has accepted the invitation and is officially assigned to the event.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in as a Moderator.
2. Receive an invitation for a webinar/workshop/debate.
3. Open the invitation (do not accept or decline).
4. Observe the available action buttons.

Expected Behavior:
When a moderator invitation is in Pending state:
1. Only Accept and Decline actions should be visible.
2. “Resign as Moderator” should be displayed only after:
The invitation is accepted.
The moderator is actively assigned to the event.

Actual Behavior:
1. “Resign as Moderator” is visible even when the invitation is still pending.
2. Moderator has access to an action that is not valid for the current state.
