Description

There are multiple responsive layout issues in the Learner signup flow when accessed on smaller screens (mobile and tablet). UI elements are misaligned, overflow the screen, or are difficult to interact with, affecting successful user registration.

Issues:
1. Learner signup otp.
2. Learner signup terms and conditions.
3. Learner signup questions flow.
4. Learner signup travel in space page.
